Good reference point...

Having joined Mensa, there was still no number value assigned... pretty much because few people in the organization care. However, I had specific reasons for wanting to know. This app in particular provided numbers I could trust. I can verify that the questions are typical of ones you might find on the official entry exams.

Of course, any one test is not a perfect measure. Be sure to try the short, medium AND long versions of the test. My feeling is that 3 attempts at each one, taken over a period of a couple of months, then averaging all the results, will give you the best idea.

And hey... if you score 130 or higher on this, take the official test and maybe well see you at an event! :)

The one thing the app doesnt do that the official testing does, is allow for people whos first language isnt English. If it did, 5 stars.
